Return/Exchange Process

Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.
NOTE: We do not process refund for the items that were sent back directly without notifying us first or after 24 hours of receiving the item. 

Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at support@takeitoutlet.in to get a return authorization and return address or fill in the form below to initiate return or refund authorization. 

Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return. 

Step 3: You will receive refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.

7 Days Guarantee

Online purchase made through Take It Outlet can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the delivered date. All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. You are welcome to make an exchange as long as it is in stock or alternatively get a refund.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation before shipment (Only valid on orders’ place & delivery in India):

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on support@takeitoutlet.in  (Monday to Saturday, 10AM to 7PM).

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

In case of cancelled prepaid orders before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.

In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, refund request will not be accepted unless the delivered product is damaged or broken. 

  • For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking ,the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back in our warehouse. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • For cash on delivery transactions ,we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • In addition, we also provide the hassle-free option of refund through Blackbird coupons, which can be used during future purchases.
What if I used discount coupons during time of payment and I have to cancel my order?

Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order and the same amount will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
  • Customized Products cannot be returned.
  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
  • Personal care appliances cannot be returned due to hygiene issues.
  • Products you deem no longer in need or change of mind
  • Products that have already been used or installed.
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged.
  • Personalized/engraved items.
  • Return will not be accepted for subjective or perceptive aspects like performance not as per expectation, colour shade difference etc.
  • Dents, scratches on packaging not impacting the product performance do not qualify for returns.
  • If request is initiated after 24 hours of order delivery.
